What is PsoriaCare®?
PsoriaCare® is a line of topical treatments for psoriasis made from the highest quality natural healing ingredients available without a prescription. Our formulas are made from a complex blend of concentrated medical grade ingredients clinically proven effective to treat the symptoms of psoriasis including redness, pain, itching and scales or plaque. We currently offer a skin ointment, soap, scalp treatment, shampoo & conditioner, and psoriatic arthritis pain balm. We have several other products under development and will introduce them after they have been thoroughly tested and proven.
How do PsoriaCare® products work?
PsoriaCare® treatments are natural medicines that work with your skin’s own systemic regenerative mechanisms to provide symptomatic relief for a variety of acute skin conditions including psoriasis, eczema and dermatitis. Because they are topical treatments, PsoriaCare® is non-invasive, safe to use anywhere on the body, and works as an anti-bacterial and anti-fungal salve. PsoriaCare® treatments are safe and effective for all ages and relief is often described as immediate. Most users notice a difference in their skin condition, however advanced, within 48 hours.

What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and ApplePay payments directly from our website, www.psoria-care.com, or by contacting us by telephone, at 1-877-863-7700 x2.
Do you accept health insurance?
Fortunately, we are able to offer our unique formulas without prescription or restriction. However, because of this, we are unable to accept health insurance as a form of payment.
Do you accept COD?
No, we do not accept cash on delivery as a form of payment.
Do you accept personal checks?
We do accept personal checks, but caution against using them as they can take up to 10 business days to clear. We recommend instead that you use a money order if you are considering this form of payment. Please call us at 1-877-863-7700 x2 to order via phone.
What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with our product or its results, you may return the unopened portion of your initial purchase for a refund within 30 days. Please call 1-877-863-7700 x3 or email support@psoria-care.com and request an RMA number. Inside of the return package include all items you wish to return along with your RMA number, name, address, email address and phone number.

Returns will be processed and we will refund your original purchase cost (excluding shipping and handling) within 5 business days of return package receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original purchase payment method. For additional questions, please email support@psoria-care.com.
How are PsoriaCare® orders shipped?
In order to provide you with the most cost effective and reliable shipping service, all PsoriaCare® orders are shipped to addresses in the United States via USPS. International orders are shipped by one of our international shipping partners.
