What is PsoriaCare Rewards?

As a way to thank our customers for their continued support and loyalty, we have developed a program we call PsoriaCare Rewards.  Points are accrued for every dollar spent at psoria-care.com. These points are then redeemable at checkout for the PsoriaCare products of your choice.

 

How are loyalty points applied to my order?

Please visit psoria-care.com, log into your account and click on the “Reward Points” menu located on "My Account" page. This will show yuor current account balance. These points may be redeemed dor a discount on your next order by checking the "Redeem rewards points" checkbox located under the Discounts section of the order summary at checkout.  

 

Do points expire?

PsoriaCare Rewards points NEVER expire.

 

How do I track my loyalty points?

You can track your PsoriaCare Rewards points at any time by visiting psoria-care.com logging into your account and clicking on the “Reward Points” menu located on the "My Account" page.  This will also allow you to redeem points and see account activity.

 

How do I start earning PsoriaCare Rewards points?

In order to start earning points as part of our loyalty program, you need to create an account with us. If you already have an account then you can simply log in and you are now on your way to earning points and rewards.

 

What happens if I make an order and I don't receive my points?

Where do I go to see the rewards I can use? Or the rewards I have so far?

While logged into your PsoriaCare account, simply click on the “Reward Points” menu located on the "My Account" page.

 

I need to return a product or cancel my order, what happens to my points?

If you return or cancel an order, the points you received from that order will be decreased appropriately.

 

Who's eligible to join your rewards program?

The PsoriaCare Rewards program is opened to anyone that has a valid email address and is 18 years or older.

A customer loyalty program is a rewards program offered by PsoriaCare to customers who frequently make purchases.

 

Can I use a coupon and my rewards program points together on the same order?

Yes, simply add your coupon code in the Discounts box AND click on the "Redeem rewards points" checkbox.
