If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, PsoriaCare offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unopened product in its original packaging less shipping and handling costs. 

Due to the nature of our products and the worldwide health situation, we are unable to accept returns of opened goods after May 2020. The aforementioned notwithstanding, our customer service representatives may, at their discretion, make exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis. Bear in mind that requests made in a curt or rude fashion are less likely to be granted than those made in a polite and respectful manner. The final decision on whether or not to grant an exception has been been vested in the customer service representative handling the case and any demands for escalation will be summarily dismissed. It is a sad commentary on the state of society today that this has to be mentioned, let alone formalized into policy: "DON'T BE A 'KAREN'".
